A. Community Officers are NOT certified law enforcement officers and do not receive the intense training and ongoing training that certified officers must complete. Police Officers receive their certification via the individual state's Law Enforcement Certification authority/agency. Community Officers are also UNARMED. important: Community Officers should NOT be confused with Community POLICE Officers as described by the Department of Justice and various state and local agencies. Community Officers and Community Police Officers are two completely separate entities in that Community Police Officers are certified law enforcement officers and Community Officers are not. Should police officers take responsibility in the case of a accident?
Q. There has been many incidents in the news that lead active police officers on duty in accidents. The majority of the time, the officer is at fault. In some cases, death is the cause of many citizens in car related accidents, due to the irresponsible officer. Officers only deal with a leave of absence (in most cases) and a family is left to mourn. Should there be a harsher punishment for officers who are to blame (such as citizen to citizen) or should it be left the way it is?

A. Police officers should have the same (or more strict) responsibilities as everyone else. I say more strict because they represent the law and therefore should be setting a good example for the rest of us.

What should immigration officers know about people crossing boarders?
Q. What should immigration officers know about people who cross the boarders? I have to make a leaflet to the hungarian immigration officers , what they should do , when something is observed on a person.
