Any day of the week (as in weekday not weekend) is going to be the best. Like the other poster said, many are closed Monday, but Tues Wed and Thurs will not be very crowded. Saturdays and Sundays would be the worst. Fridays are when many people try to go to avoid the crowds so it's a lot more crowded than Tues, Wed or Thurs.
