Hola , The most important factor is the time you have to spent here. Second important, is the places you want to see. The two mentioned are far apart and Thermopylae is for no more than a quarter of an hour's stay, yet is over two hours journey to get there. There are many more places to go and if i tell you go here or there you may miss something that you will like best. If the interest is in archaeological monuments, Athens, Delphi, Olympia can be easily take a week to go around them and yet see the absolute minimum. Depending time available Santorini and then Rhodes or Crete can do away with a full week, what with travelling and all.Other islands are equally worth visiting.
