The technical answer is that Japanese castles were war forts, and emperors were never warlords, so they never lived in castles before Meiji. The straight answer (Kyoto Gosho or Kyoto Imperial Palace) you'll get may still not be straight enough, because that's not really a proper noun. The pre-modern emperor's private residence was called Gosho, Dairi, or Kinri. The Gosho in Kyoto did relocate several times in history, but it would always just be the Gosho, although people back then may have called it by some other name. The imperial palace was always in Kyoto since its founding in 794 to the Meiji Restoration in 1868, so that includes your Go-Tsuchimikado. Q. I've read a lot of the Star Wars Books, 48 to be exact. Some of them make reference to Luke being the clone emperor's apprentice aboard his flagship, and a pregnant Leia coming to bring him back. If you look at a comic store you can probably find a collection of the all of a series in one book. I believe Dark Empire was the one in which Luke served as the Emperor's apprentice.
